团体心理治疗对中青年乳腺癌患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of group psychotherapy on the negative emotion and the quality of life in young and middle-aged breast cancer patients

目的探讨团体心理治疗对中青年乳腺癌患者情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将88例中青年乳腺癌患者随机分为两组。研究组采用常规治疗和团体心理治疗,对照组只采用常规治疗。两组治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评表(SDS)及乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)进行评分,比较两组中青年乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁发生率及生活质量的差异。结果研究组患者干预后焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患者干预后生存质量总分及各领域得分均高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患者干预后焦虑及抑郁评分均低于干预前(P<0.01);研究组患者干预后生存质量总分及各领域得分均高于干预前(P<0.01)。结论团体心理治疗可作为乳腺癌治疗一种辅助方案,能改善中青年乳腺癌患者负性情绪,提高其生活质量,增加其生活满意度。

[ Objective] To explore the effect of the group psychotherapy on the emotion and the quality of life in young and middle- aged breast cancer patients. [ Methods ] Totally 88 young and middle-aged breast cancer patients were randomly assigned into inter- vention group and control group. Both groups received conventional therapy, and the patients in intervention group were given extra group psychotherapy. The anxiety and depression incidence and the difference of quality of life were evaluated by SAS, SDS and FACT-B. [ Results] The scores of SDS and SAS in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group af- ter the intervention（ P 〈 0.01）. The scores of FACT-B in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）. In intervention group, the scores of SDS and SAS after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while the scores of FACT-B were on the contrary （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] It is sug- gested that group psychotherapy can be used as a supplementary therapy for the young and middle-aged breast cancer patients to re- duce their negative emotions, to improve quality of life and increase life satisfaction.
