摘要
目的了解某饮料企业2009—2012年的职业病危害因素分布状况,为职业病防治规划工作提供科学依据。方法对该企业作业场所中存在的职业病危害进行现场调查并对监测资料进行分析。结果 2009—2012年该企业作业场所中主要职业危害因素有噪声、粉尘、二氧化碳。噪声各年监测超标率分别为49.06%,51.92%,39.62%,45.61%,粉尘各年监测超标率分别为66.67%,0,0,0,二氧化碳各年监测超标率分别为30.00%,22.22%、33.33%、30.27%。结论该企业作业场所中噪声、粉尘、二氧化碳监测合格率不稳定,仍应该改善作业环境,加强个人防护,提高总合格率。
[ Objective] To understand the distribution of occupational hazards in a beverage enterprise from 2009-2012, and provide scientific evidence for occupational disease prevention and control. [ Methods ] The occupational hazards in the workplace were in- vestigated and the results were analyzed. [ Results] The main occupational hazards in workplace of this enterprise were noise, dust and carbon dioxide. The over standard rate of noise was 49. 06% ,51.92% ,39. 62% ,45.61% from 2009-2012, that of dust and carbon dioxide was 66. 67% ,0,0,0; 30.00% ,22. 22%, 33.33%, 30. 27%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The qualified rate of dust, carbon dioxide and noise are not stable. It is necessary to improve the working environment, to strength personal protection, and improve the total qualified rate.
