某天线生产厂职业病危害现状评价

Present situation evaluation of occupational hazards in an antenna factory

目的明确某天线厂建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和检测结果,对该厂职业病危害因素情况、职业卫生管理措施、职业防护设施效果、个人劳动防护用品、职业健康监护等方面做综合评价。结果该厂产生的职业危害因素主要有噪声、粉尘、苯及其同系物、紫外线。结论紫外线接触岗位、6个噪声接触岗位不符合相应的国家卫生标准要求,应加强对其危害的监管与控制。粉尘浓度虽未超过相应的国家卫生标准,结合现场情况,仍应将其作为关键控制点,加强日常的监管与控制。

[ Objective] To indentify the occupational hazards in construction project of an antenna factory, to analyze the degree of harm and its impact on workers＇health, to evaluate the occupational protective measures and their effects, and provide control meas- ures for the system or units which did not meet the occupational hazards protection requirements. [ Methods] On-site occupational health investigation, occupational health testing, occupational health examination and other methods were applied to collect data and information, combined with occupational protection equipment, the level of personal protection against occupational diseases and test results, the occupational hazards, occupational health management measures, occupational protection facilities effect, individu- al protection articles, occupational health surveillance were comprehensively evaluated. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards were noise, dust, benzene and its analogues, UV radiation in this factory. [ Conclusion] UV exposed positions, 6 noise exposed po- sitions do not comply with requirements of national health standards, it is necessary to strengthen its hazards supervision and con- trol. Although the dust concentration does not exceed national health standards, combined with site conditions, it still should be taken as critical control points which need enhancement of daily supervision and control.
