本文根据植物化学、天然药物发展的某些趋势和动态 ,论述了植物化学 (天然产物化学 )在天然药物研究中的作用 ,并就我国天然活性成分、天然药物和传统中药的研究与发展提出了若干建议。

On the basis of the main developing trends,this paper discusses the role of phytochemistry(natural product chemistry)in developing natural new drugs,and puts forward some suggestions for research and development of bioactive natural chemicals,natural new drugs and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China.
