摘要
目的:研究用GC-MS对有机蒸汽进行定性及半定量测定的方法。方法:研究样品储存、样品温度、取样高度到包括柱流量、柱温、程序升温、分流比等仪器条件对测定灵敏度的影响,确定了优化条件。并在此条件下研究了常见VOCs的检测线性范围与检出限,测定了68种常见有机物的灵敏度。探讨了GC-MS定性分析的方法、容易出现的问题及解决办法。结果:获得一套GC-MS定性、定量分析有机蒸汽的测定方法,半定量测定方法与VOCs的国家标准方法一起对实际有机溶剂样品的顶空气体进行了对比测定,获得了满意的结果。结论:对蒸汽的组成与浓度一无所知情况下,该方法可以给出可靠的定性分析及相对准确的半定量检测结果,是多种环境下发现VOCs种类并确定其大致浓度水平的重要手段。
Objective:To explore a method for qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of organic vapor by GC-MS.Methods: The optimized conditions were identified based on some influence factors of sensitivity including the storage of sample,the temperature of sample,sampling point height,the column flow rate,column temperature,heating rate,split ratio and other factors.In this condition,the linear range and detection limit of the common organic vapor had been studied and 68 kinds of organic vapor had been measured the sensitivity.The qualitative analysis methods with GC-MS had been discussed on incidental problems and solution.Results: The method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic vapor with GC-MS had been obtained.Headspace samples of actual organic solvent had been measured by National standard method and the semi-quantitative de termination method,the results were very close by comparison.Conclusion: With this method,reliable qualitative analysis results and relatively accurate quantitative analysis results can be obtained in the case of know nothing of the composition and concentration of the vapor,so it is an important means of detecting and determining rough concentration of VOCs in a variety of circumstances.
