摘要
目的:探讨一种新型柱面玻碳旋转电极溶出分析流动池,具有死体积小,传质速率高、抗氢波干扰、不受微管路中微小气泡的影响。方法:它将玻碳棒镶嵌在电极套的侧面,具有电解池三维定位系统,保持柱面玻碳电极与流动池的相对位置无摩擦,专门应用了溶出分析专用电机,减少传统的连接杆引起的电极径向摆,充分减少电解池的死体积。结果:流动池系统应用可靠,血样峰高的相对标准偏差RSD(%)=4.4513。结论:使得5μl血样用于血铅测量成为现实。
Objective:To report a new and free to influence of tiny bubble in,a small dead volume,high mass transfer rate,high resistance to hydrogen wave interference,and free to influence of tiny bubble in microtubule road.Methods: Glass carbon rod was embedded on the flank of the electrode sleeve to construct the three-dimensional positioning system.The specialized motor for stripping analysis was applied to avoid the friction be tween the cylindrical glassy carbon electrode and relative position of flow cell,so as to reduce the radial wobble of electrode caused by joint lever,as well as the dead volume of electrolytic cell.Results: The flow cell system is reliable in application,and the RSD of high blood peak was 4.4513.Conclusion:This flow cell makes 5 microliter blood for blood lead measurements become reality.
