摘要
目的:通过摸索优化某水库中毒鱼类死亡原因检测方法,为今后发生类似的鱼类死亡事件建立检测方法提供参考。方法:将采集的死鱼样品、水库水样和上游溪水水样进行相应的前处理后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)在全扫描(Scan)模式下进行初筛,然后在选择性离子(SIM)模式下用标准物质进行定性和定量检测。结果:在死鱼样品和水库水样中均检测到甲氰菊酯,其含量分别为0.056 mg/kg和0.041 mg/L。结论:本方法简单、快速,准确的对鱼类因农药致死的检测分析,有较大的参考价值。
Objective:Through seeking for a optimized method of discovering the reason how fish in a reservoir were poisoned,to provide reference basis for detection of suspicious substances leading to the dead fish.Methods: The dead fish and water from the reservoir and upstream rivulet were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) under Scan and SIM modes.Then the qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed in the selective ion mode(SIM) using standard substances.Results: Fenpropathrin was detected in the samples of dead fish and reservoir water,the concentration was 0.056 mg /kg and 0.041 mg/L respectively.Conclusion: The simple,fast and accurate method established in this study can be applied in the detection and analysis of pesticide in dead fish,having significant reference value on similar affair in future.
