含不同抗凝剂的真空采血管对全血五种元素检测结果的影响

摘要 目的:探讨含不同抗凝剂的真空采血管对全血钙、镁、铁、锌、铜五种元素检测结果的影响,为采血管抗凝剂的选择提供参考依据。方法:随机选择30例门诊体检健康儿童,同一人分别用含EDTA-K2、枸橼酸钠、肝素锂及不含抗凝剂采血管留取血样,采用火焰原子吸收法对上述五种元素进行测定。以不含抗凝剂管作为对照管,比较其余三种采血管与对照管检测结果的差异是否有统计学意义。结果:与对照管比较,肝素管五种元素检测结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EDTA管除铜、锌元素外,其余三种元素检测结果的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);枸橼酸钠管除铜、锌元素外,其余三种元素检测结果的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推荐肝素锂为全血微量元素检测用抗凝剂,而EDTA-K2和枸橼酸钠抗凝的血样本因结果差异大,则不宜使用。 Objective: To study the effects of vacuum blood collection tubes containing different anticoagulants on the test results of the five elements including Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu in whole blood,so as to provide a reference for the selection of vascular anticoagulant.Methods: Thirty healthy children were selected for blood sample collection with vacuum blood collection tubes containing different anticoagulants including EDTA-K2,sodium citrate,heparin lithium salt,and excluding anticoagulant,then the 5 elements in their blood samples were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The collection tubes excluding anticoagulant were selected as control group in order to observe the differences between the remaining 3 kinds of collection tubes and control tube.Results: Comparing with the control tube,there were no statistical significance between the test results of the 5 elements in heparin tubes and those of control tube(P&gt; 0.05);Except Cu and Zn,there were statistical significance between the test results of the other 3elements in EDTA tubes,sodium citrate tubes and those of control tube(P &lt; 0.05);Conclusion: Heparin lithium tubes were recommended for the test of trace elements in whole blood,while EDTA-K2 and sodium citrate were not recommended because of the significant differences between the test results of them and those of control tubes.
