不同性别壮族人群EB病毒抗体水平的比较分析

Comparison of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antibodies in different genders in the Zhuang nationality

目的:探讨桂西地区壮族鼻咽癌患者和健康人EB病毒Rta/IgG、VCA/IgA、VCA/IgG及Zta/IgG抗体的rA值与性别的关系。方法:收集140例未经治疗的鼻咽癌患者和280例健康人的血清,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测Rta/IgG、VCA/IgA、VCA/IgG及Zta/IgG抗体,分别计算不同性别的抗体水平并进行统计学分析。结果:健康人中男女Rta/IgG、VCA/IgA、VCA/IgG及Zta/IgG抗体rA值比较,男性Rta/IgG抗体rA值大于女性,女性VCA/IgG抗体rA值大于男性(P<0.05)。病人中男女4种抗体rA值比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性当中病人的4种抗体的rA值均比健康人高。女性当中病人4种抗体的rA值均比健康人高(P<0.05)。结论:壮族健康人EB病毒Rta/IgG及VCA/IgG抗体水平存在性别上的差异。壮族患者男女Rta/IgG、VCA/IgA、VCA/IgG及Zta/IgG抗体rA值较健康人的高,但在男女之间没有性别差异。

Objective：To evaluate the relationship between gender and Epstein-Barr virus（EBV） antibodies Rta/IgG,VCA/IgA,VCA/IgG and Zta/IgG rA value in NPC patients and healthy population of Zhuang nationality in west Guang xi.Methods：Serum samples from140 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and 280 healthy person were examined for the presence of the EBV antibodies Rta/IgG,VCA/IgA,VCA/IgG and Zta/IgG by enzyme-linked immnunosorbent assay（ELISA）.The antibody levels in the NPC patients in different genders were analyzed statistically.Results： The values of Rta/IgG in male patients were significantly higher than those in female（P＆lt;0.05）.The value of VCA/IgG in female patients was significantly higher than those in male（P＆lt;0.05）.No significant difference in Rta/IgG,VCA/IgA,VCA/IgG and Zta/IgG rA value was found between male and female in NPC patients.The value of 4 antibodies in NPC patients were significantly higher than those in healthy population（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： The serum rA value in these 4 antibodies were significantly higher than that in healthy population,no significant difference in these values was found between male and female.
