浙中地区某市本地产大米中镉含量现状调查

Investigation of Cadmium Content in Homegrown Rice of a city in the middle area of Zhejiang

目的:了解浙中地区某市本地产大米中镉污染情况。方法:采集全市16个乡镇有代表性的本地产大米样品144份,按照GB/T 5009.15-2003《食品中镉的测定》进行检测。结果:144份大米样品镉含量最高值0.945mg/kg,最低值0.002 mg/kg,平均值0.108 mg/kg,其中有18份大米样品镉含量超过GB2715-2005《粮食卫生标准》规定的0.2mg/kg镉最高限值,超标率12.5%。结论:浙中地区某市本地产大米存在一定程度的镉污染情况,有必要加强大米中镉的监测,采取相应防控措施。

Objective： To investigate the cadmium content in homegrown rice of a city in the middle area of Zhejiang.Methods： One hundred and forty-four rice samples were collected from 16 main towns of a city in the middle area of Zhejiang,and determined based on the national standard method GB/T 5009.15-2003.Results： The test results of 144 rice samples showed that the maximum cadmium content was 0.945 mg / kg,the minimum value was 0.002 mg/kg,and the average was 0.108 mg/kg.The cadmium content of 18 samples were greater than 0.2mg/kg,the hygienic standard set by GB 2715-2005,and the over-limit rate was 12.5%.Conclusion： Cadmium pollution was found in homegrown rice of a city in the middle area of Zhejiang.It is necessary to strengthen cadmium monitoring in rice and take relevant measures for prevention and control.
