深圳市2011年区级综合医院业务量情况分析

Analysis on the district general hospital portfolio of Shenzhen in 2011

目的探讨新区及老牌区级综合医院业务量的优劣。方法筛选人均门诊费用、人均住院费用、总门诊量、出院病人、病床数、职工数6个指标，采用秩和比法对深圳市9所区级综合医院2011年业务量及规模情况进行综合评价，横向比较各院业务综合水平。结果对各指标进行排序，人均门诊费用、人均住院费用为低优指标，其余为高优指标。运用最佳分档原则，结合合理分档数表，9所区级综合医院分为三档。对RSR均值进行方差分析，表明3档相差显著。对3档两两q检验，结果为两两相差显著。3家新区医院位于中等偏上水平，老牌区级医院因人均费用低优指标影响，劣于新区医院。结论结合RSR分档结果、各区级3年业务平均发展水平和人口密度，对同级综合医院进行横向对比分析，客观评估医院的优势和不足，有助于医院管理者适时调整发展方向，开拓创新，将各项工作再推上一个新的台阶。

Objective To discuss new and old district general hospital portfolio of pros and cons. Methods Six indexes were screened, including average outpatient expenses, average hospitalization expenses, total outpatient amount, discharged patients, Number of beds, and number of employees. With the use of RSR, portfolio and scale of nine district general hospitals of Shenzben in 2011 were comprehensively evaluated, and comprehensive level of each hospital was horizontally compared. Resuits Indicators were sorted, the average outpatient expenses and the average hospitalization expenses were low priority indicators, and the rest were high-priority indicators. Nine district general hospitals were divided into three levels by using the best grading principle, combined with a reasonable classification table. Analysis of variance of RSR mean showed significant differences for three levels. Three levels were q tested pairwise and the resuhs showed significant difference. Three new district hospitals were in the middle level. The old district hospitals were inferior to the new district hospitals due to the influence of average expense, the low priority indicators. Conclusion The general hospitals of the same level were horizontally analyzed, combined with RSR classification results, the average development level and population density. The advantages and disadvantages of hospitals were objectively evaluated to help hospital managers to adjust the direction of development, explore and innovate, and to promote the hospital to a new step.
