摘要
以槲皮素、芦丁为标准对照品 ,紫外测定银杏黄酮苷 ;其最大吸收波长分别为 370 m m和 36 0 nm ;槲皮素溶液浓度在4~ 2 0μg/ m l范围内 ,芦丁溶液浓度在 8~ 2 4μg/ ml范围内符合比耳定律。考察紫外对粗制银杏黄酮苷 (≤ 32 % )和精制黄酮苷 (≥ 5 0 % )的适用情况。黄酮苷含量小于 32 %时 ,槲皮素与芦丁为标准对照品无法准确直接测定其含量 ,黄酮苷含量大于5 0 %时 ,槲皮素在 370 nm处可较准确的测定黄酮苷 ;芦丁在 36 0 nm处也能测定黄酮苷 ,但误差较大。配制的样品溶液放置1h,测定误差在 5
By using quercetin and rutin as standard substances, the flavonide content of Ginkgo biloba L has been determined with spectrophotometry. When the flavonide content is at a high level, the flavonide content can be fixed quantitatively when quercetin at 370 nm,or Rutin at 360 nm. But the flavonide content can not be fixed quantitatively with quercetin and rutin when the flavonide content is at a low level. When concentration of quercetin solution is at 4~20 μg/ml,or that of rutin solution is at 8~24 μg/ml,they have a good linear relationship.
