The pre-control method and the remedial measure of lateral displacement of post-tensioned prestressed concrete I-beam

后张法预应力混凝土 I形梁预制张拉时 ,易产生侧向位移 ,影响梁片的安装、使用和安全。针对 I形梁产生侧向位移的原因 ,提出了施工过程中的预控措施和纠正万法 ,并应用于某特大桥施工监理的质量控制 ,将 形梁侧向位移控制在 2 cm之内 ,满足了设计及规范要求 ,取得了良好的成效。

When the precast I beam is tensioned,the lateral displacement tends to take place and will affect the installation,application and safety of the beam. For the lateral displacement,this article presents the pre control measure and the remedial method, which has been applied in the construction supervision quality control of an extra large bridge.In that case,the lateral displacement was controlled within 2 cm, which satisfied the requirement of the design and the criterion and achieved gool result.
