双方因素作用下工程延期计算方法的探讨

Study on calculating methods of engineering prolongation under double factors affection

针对如何解决承包商和非承包商双方共同作用下工程延期的计算这一难点问题 ,运用网络分析法 ,通过对承包商单独作用和非承包商单独作用以及承包商和非承包商共同作用网络状态图的分析比较 ,提出了“附加值”的概念 ,建立了相应的数学模型 ,并给出了具体的计算步骤 。

In order to solve the problem encountered in the calculation of engineering prolongation under the bilateral influences of contractors and non contractors,this paper makes a comparison between the network states under the unilateral influence of contractors or non contractors and bilateral influences of the both by using network analysis. A novel concept “additional value” is presented. A corresponding mathematical model and detailed procedure of calculation are given,which provides a practical approach for the calculation of engineering prolongation under the affection of double factors.
