总结历代医家对于遗精病因、病机的阐述,并对临床中遗精久治难治的病因、病机进行分析,提出从瘀论治难治性遗精,并搜集了古今医籍中从瘀论治遗精病的经典案例,初步总结了通络化瘀法在遗精病论治中的应用,为中医临床提供了新的思路。

This paper summarizes the elaborations of etiology, pathogenesis of the traditional ancient physicians about Spermatorrhea, and analysis the etiology, pathogenesis of clinical refractory on Spermatorrhea, proposes the blood stasis refractory nocturnal emission, and collects ancient medical books on blood stasis of Spermatorrhea, to gain new experience of the effect of Tongluo Huayu on the governance of Spermatorrhea.
