中医药对高血压前期干预效应及其作用机制研究进展

Interventional Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Prehypertension and Its Mechanism

原发性高血压是心脏病、终末期肾病、脑血管疾病、中风等的最常见的危险因素之一。一直以来在高血压的发生机制、预防、治疗等多方面做了诸多努力,但高血压的发病率仍居高不下,甚至呈现上升趋势。因此,早期预防、早期治疗引起了全球公共卫生的重视,中医药对高血压及高血压前期的认识及治疗有着其独特的优势。就近年来中医药对高血压前期干预效应及其作用机制的研究成果及存在的问题进行综述,以供同道参阅。

Essential hypertension is one of the most common risk factors for heart disease, end - stage kidney disease, cerebrovasular disease, stroke and so on. Substantial efforts have been made to better understand the pathogenesis of hypertension and to improve the prevention and treatment of hypertension. However,the incidence of hypertension remains high and even shows a rising trend. Therefore, early prevention and treatment have caused a global public health attention, and the concept of prehypertension has been proposed. In the meantime, it is still controversial whether or not applying pharmacological treatment for prehypertension. Chinese medicine has its unique advantage in terms of understanding and treatment of hypertension and prehypertension. In the present review, we summarize the recent research progress and questions to be addressed regarding the interventional effects and mechanisms of Chinese medicine on prehypertension.
