摘要
地昔尼尔作为一种新型昆虫生长调节剂,对双翅目昆虫和蚤有高度灭杀作用,可有效防止各种蝇、蚊及蚤的幼虫发育成蛹或成虫,尤其能够有效预防家蝇和埃及伊蚊对动物的侵害,其毒性作用较低,安全性较高。本文介绍了地昔尼尔在药效学及药代动力学方面的研究进展,旨在为筛选高效安全的抗体外寄生虫药物提供参考。
Dicyclanil is a new growth regulator for insect , which can kill dipster and flea, prevent fly.mosquito becoming pupa or imago. Especially, it can prevent animal from disoperation of mosquito and Aedes aegypti. Dicyclanil＇s toxicity is very low, so its safety is better. The objective of this paper was to offer references for screening new drug in the prevention of eetozoic parasite.
