摘要
针对当前统计数据失真的问题 ,从干部体制、经济发展、统计方法制度、统计人员自身等方面分析了其产生的原因 ,并针对问题提出了提高统计数据质量的措施。
An analysis is made of the causes of statistical data distortion,which can be attributed to the problems concerning the cadre system,the processes of economical development,the statistical method system and qualities of the statistial staff.Some countermeasures are advanced for the improvement of the statistical work.
