有序Ni纳米线阵列的样模制备法及其磁单畴特性 被引量:8

摘要 研究以多孔氧化铝为样模通过电沉积制备金属 Ni的有序一维纳米线阵列 ,对其形貌和结构进行了表征 ,并测量了有序 Ni纳米线阵列的磁滞回线 .结果表明 :以多孔氧化铝为样模所制得的 Ni纳米线尺寸均匀、排列有序且直径和长度可在一定范围内任意调节 ;直径为 10 nm ,长达 8μm的 Ni纳米线阵列在磁性质上表现出显著的磁单畴特性 . Order Nickel nanowires arrays with different diameter and length were prepared in the template of porous Aluminum by the means of electro deposition. The morphology and structure of nanowires arrays were characterized and its magnetization hysteresis loops were measured. The results showed that Nickel nanowires deposited in the template of porous aluminum is highly organized and the diameter and length can be adjucsted in the certain scale.Nickel nanowires with the diameter of 10nm and the length of 8μm show remarkable property of magnetic single domain.
