天津市14家基层医疗卫生机构基本药物使用情况调研

Investigation and survey of essential drug usage in 14 community-level medical and health institutions in Tianjin

目的调研和评价天津市基层医疗卫生机构基本药物使用情况。方法采用分层抽样的方法,根据地理区域和经济发展水平等因素,选取天津市14家基层医疗卫生机构,共调研得到14家医疗机构的总体经营数据、580种基层使用药品的销售数据和5304张药品处方数据,进行了数据统计分析。结果14家调查单位不同程度地配备和使用了基本药物,但也存在目录外药品配备和使用比例较高等问题。结论要合理规划,保证财政补贴及时到位,动态调整《国家基本药物目录》,加强用药监督和指导,促进基本药物制度持续良性地实施。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the essential drug usage in community-level medical and health institutions in Tianjin.Methods Fourteen community-level medical and health institutions were selected using the stratified sampling method.The business data of 14 community-level medical and health institutions,the sales data of 580 drugs,and the information of 5 304 drug prescriptions were collected for statistical analysis.Results Essential drugs were allocated and used in every community-level medical and health institution.But the problems such as high percentage of supplying and using medicines out of the essential drug list still exited.Conclusion For the sustainable development of national essential medicine system,related departments should provide the reasonable plan,ensure the fiscal subsidies in place in time,adjust the essential drug list dynamically,and strengthen the supervision and coaching.
