《医疗机构药事管理规定》要求医疗机构应当配备临床药师,但是目前基层医院临床药师直接下临床指导用药面临诸多问题。针对潍坊市妇幼保健院的现实情况,临床药师依托静脉药物配置中心在开展以合理用药为核心的临床药学工作、指导临床用药方面摸索出一套医护人员易于接受的工作模式。
