摘要
在Web2.0飞速发展的时代,以网络和手机终端为发布平台的微博,凭借其短、平、快等优势,正形成自己独特的"微博舆论场",成为了社会公共表达的全新平台,在公民参政、民主表达、舆论监督等方面发挥着积极作用。然而,由于网络的匿名性、网民的非理性、监管制度的缺失等原因,网络舆论暴力现象屡见不鲜。构建一套科学的网络舆论暴力治理机制,需要推行微博实名制、强化网民的社会责任感,建立科学的舆情研判与调控机制,加强网络道德建设,完善网络行为的相关立法。
In the Web2.0 era,Micro-blog,by virtue of short,smooth,fast advantages,has formed its own unique opinion field and become a new platform for public expression based on network and mobile phone terminal platform. Micro-blog platform plays a positive role in citizen participation, democratic supervision and public opinion expression. However, because of the anonymity characteristic of the Internet,the irrational netizen, regulatory system deficiencies and other reasons, the network media violence surged up. We need to take the following measures for a set of management mechanism to overcome net- work media violence： to implement real-name system, strengthen social responsibility of the micro-blog users,establish public opinion analysis and regulation mechanism, strengthen the moral of network, and improve relevant legislations.
