《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》(GB2760-2011)标准修订

Revision on the “National food safety standard-standards for uses of food additives”( GB2760-2011)

目的:完善我国食品添加剂的使用规定,方便广大标准使用者查询食品添加剂的使用规定。方法:开展对带入原则、食品添加剂主体部分、食品分类系统的调查。结果:建议对GB2760中带入原则内容、营养强化剂的规定、食品添加剂主体部分使用规定、胶基的使用规定和食品分类系统等进行修订,使修订后的《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》符合我国法律法规的要求,更加规范了食品添加剂的使用,同时也方便了广大标准使用者的使用。

Objective To improve the regulation of using food additives and facilitate the user to use the food additives standard.Method： Carryout investigation on carry-over,the regulations of using food additives,food categories.Results： suggest to revised the regulation on carry-over,the regulations of food supplements,the main body of food additives regulation,gum base and food categories.The revision of the＂ National food safety standard ― standards for uses of food additives＂ meets the requirements of Chinese laws and regulations,makes the use of food additives more standardized and more convenient.
