摘要
根据接触理论 ,运用非线性有限元方法对运载火箭的级间分离面进行了三种载荷工况作用下的接触分析。通过计算 ,给出了分离面上的接触力分布、爆炸螺栓的拉力以及最佳预紧力的值。结果表明 ,本文方法和所得结论具有一定的工程应用价值。
In this paper, we used the nonlinear finite element method in contact theory to analyze contact force of vehicle separation surfaces, and stress of connectors, as well as rigidity of connecting surfaces between two cabins of a certain type of carrier rocket. We used equation (1) to determine the optional pre tightened force [1] . In section 2, we carried out contact analysis of the carrier rocket separation surface under 3 typical load cases (marked A, B, C). Table 1 gives the pulling forces undergone by the 14 bolts in 3 typical load cases. Fig.3 show the contact force in load case A.
