高度近视患者对青光眼认知度的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the awareness about glaucoma among high myopia patients

目的调查高度近视患者对青光眼的认知度,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的青光眼认知度调查问卷,对高度近视的114例患者进行调查。结果青光眼认知度度好的有26例,中等49例,差39例;医疗行业从业史是高度近视患者青光眼认知度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论高度近视患者青光眼认知度较低,对青光眼的正确治疗方法认识不足,迫切需要加强青光眼知识的健康教育,提高高度近视患者青光眼认知度,降低视功能的损害。

Objective To investigate the awareness of glaucoma among high myopia patients, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A total of 114 high myopia patients were recruited and investigated with a self - designed questionnaire. Results Among the 114 patients ,26 cases had a good cognition of glaucoma,49 cases had a moderate cognition of glaucoma and 39 cases had a poor cognition of glaucoma. Medical career experience was the influencing factor of the awareness of glaucoma （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The high myopia patients have poor cognition of glaucoma and insufficient knowledge of correct treatment of glaucoma. It is suggested to enhance the health education in order to increase their cognition of glaucoma and to decrease the damage of visual function.
