“十一五”期间大凌河朝阳段水环境质量变化趋势研究

Investigations on the Changing Trends of the Water Environment Quality of Chaoyang Section of Daling River in the Period of "Eleventh Five-year Plan"

通过分析"十一五"期间大凌河朝阳段环境质量变化趋势,发现:氨氮浓度呈整体上升趋势,化学需氧量浓度呈整体下降趋势;氨氮从V类水质降低到中劣V类水质标准,化学需氧量从劣V类水质升高到中IV类水质标准。"十一五"期间大凌河朝阳段水环境质量的变化原因为:城市污水处理厂对氨氮去除率不高。基于此,提出了"十二五"期间大凌河朝阳段可将调整产业结构、发展绿色经济、实施污染治理三大工程作为水环境污染防治对策。

The changing trends of the quality of Daling river in Chaoyang city section of Daling river during the period of ＂Eleventh Five-year Plan＂ were analyzed. The results of study indicat- ed that the overall concentration of NH3-N is rising, the overall concentration of chemical oxygen is decreasing, NH3-N decreased from the standard of class V to inferior class V, the chemical oxy- gen rose from inferior class V to class IV. The reasons for change in Chaoyang city section of Daling river during the period of ＂Eleventh Five-year Plan＂ is the municipal sewage treatment plant had low removal rate of NH3-N. The article suggested some countermeasures, such as adjusting the in- dustrial structure, developing the green economy, implementing the project of pollution control.
