光子治疗仪联合复方甘草酸单铵治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效观察

Photon therapeutic device combined with compoundammonium glycyrrhetate in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis

目的探讨光子治疗仪联合复方甘草酸单铵治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法 68例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分为2组,试验组36例采用光子治疗仪联合复方甘草酸单铵治疗,对照组32例采用复方甘草酸单铵治疗。2组治疗后观察疗效。结果试验组有效率72.22%,对照组有效率为46.88%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光子治疗仪联合复方甘草酸单铵治疗掌跖脓疱病安全、有效。

Objective To study the efficacy of photon therapeutic device combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into the control group（n=32） and treatment group（n=36）.The control group was treated with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate.Based on the treatment of control group,the treatment group was treated with addition of photon therapeutic device.The efficacy of treatment was analyzed.Results The clinical efficiency of treatment group was 72.22%,higher than that of control group 46.88%,the difference were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Photon therapeutic device combined with compound ammonium glycyrrhetate were safe and effective in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.
