艾灸治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的疗效观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of spastic hemiplegia of stoke treated by moxibustion

目的观察艾灸治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组在现代康复治疗的基础上加用艾灸治疗,对照组应用现代康复治疗。两组患者分别于治疗前后采用Ashworth量表评定肢体痉挛状态,采用Fugl-Meyer评分法和Barthel指数评定肢体运动功能水平、日常生活能力。结果治疗后治疗组患者Ashworth评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分均优于对照组患者,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论艾灸治疗可有效的缓解中风偏瘫的痉挛状态。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on spastic hemiplegia of stoke.Methods Sixty patients of limb spastic hemiplegic of stoke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received moxibustion,the control group received Modern rehabilitation.Ashworth rating scale,Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index were accessed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the Ashworth rating scale,Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index.there was significant difference in the two groups（P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion Moxibustion can ease spastic hemiplegia of stroke effectively.
