摘要
目的优选石榴皮多酚凝胶剂的最佳处方配比。方法采用正交试验设计,以卡波姆-940、丙二醇用量、凝胶pH值为考察因素,以制剂的外观性状、涂展性、均匀性、离心性的综合评价为指标,筛选出最优处方。结果最优处方配比:卡波姆-940为1.0%,丙二醇为10%,pH为4.0~5.5。结论该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,方法可靠,稳定可行。
Objective To This study is conducted search for the optimum formula of Punica granatum peel phenols gel. Methods by orthogonal design of L9 (3^4), in which the factors of the concentration Car bopol-940, the dosage of propylene glycol and pH are considered, and appearance, spreadability, uniformity and centrifugal are taken as the evaluation indexes to optimize the formula. Results 1% of Carbopol- 940, 10% of propylene glycol and 4.0-5.5 of pH were the optimum formula. Conclusion The optimum formula of gel is simple, and the method is reliable, and the stability is good.
