失眠症PSG睡眠结构参数男女性别差异比较

Comparision on the sleeping-structure parameters differences with insomnia polysomnography(PSG)in different gender

目的通过对125例失眠症患者多导睡眠图(Polysomnography,PSG)睡眠结构参数进行分析,探讨失眠症患病情况的性别差异及其特点。方法筛选符合失眠症诊断标准且资料完整的病例125例,根据PSG睡眠结构参数结果,以患者的性别作为分组和观察的基础,比较男女患者PSG睡眠结构参数的差异。结果 125例失眠症患者均存在睡眠结构的异常改变;NREM浅睡眠比例异常在男女患者中出现频率均最高;对睡眠结构参数进行组间比较发现不同性别失眠症患者在睡眠潜伏期、NREM深睡眠百分比及REM睡眠百分比上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论睡眠结构异常改变是失眠症的共性特征;睡眠表浅在失眠症中常见;失眠症患者PSG睡眠结构参数存在性别差异,失眠症临床诊治应根据不同性别特点予以区别对待。

Objective To discuss the gender differences and characteristics of 125 insomnia patients by ana lyzing the sleeping-structure parameters with PSG. Methods Based on different genders, 125 standard insomnia patients with complete data are divided into two groups to find out the gender differences of sleeping-structure parameters with PSG. Results There are abnormal changes of sleeping-structure in all 125 insomina patients. 1） the highest abnormal ratio of NREM shallow sleeping exits in all patients; 2） there are significant differences in sleep latency, ratio of NREM shallow sleeping period and percentage of REM sleep （P 〈0. 05-0. 01）. Conclusion The abnormal change of sleep structure is a common feature of insomniacs; superficial sleep is common in insomnia patients. Differences exist in insomniacs on the sleepingstructure parameters with PSG and clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia should be treated different ly in different gender.
