目的比较介入室自行清洗消毒与在供应室集中清洗消毒手术器械的质量。方法介入中心自行清洗包装待灭菌的器械54包进行清洗质量检测作为对照组,由消毒供应室集中清洗的54包介入中心待灭菌的器械进行清洗质量检测作为试验组,检查指标:锈斑、关节灵活度、外观、咬齿,判断标准:清洗后的器械采用目测方法+带光源5倍放大镜、白纱布擦拭、杰力试纸进行清洗消毒效果监测检测,全部由同一人操作完成。结果对照组与试验组清洗质量比较,合格率试验组明显高于对照组,问题最多的是锈斑,接收前84.2%,接收后94.6%,经卡方检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论由供应室集中清洗显著提高了器械的清洗质量,使器械得到了合理保养,延长了使用寿命,减少器械生锈和损耗,降低了科室成本,有效预防了医院感染,充分发挥现代消毒供应中心的作用。
