髋关节发育不良软骨退行性变患者软骨组织胶原蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶及转化生长因子的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析研究髋关节发育不良软骨退行性变患者软骨组织胶原蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶及转化生长因子的变化情况。方法选取2010年2月~2012年11月于山东省聊城市第二人民医院及复旦大学附属儿科医院进行诊治的26例髋关节发育不良软骨退行性变患者为观察组,然后选取同期的26例车祸致伤患者为对照组,将两组患者的软骨组织胶原蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶及转化生长因子阳性率进行统计及比较,并将观察组中不同Crowe分期者的阳性率进行比较。结果观察组的各型胶原蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶及转化生长因子阳性表达率均高于对照组,而观察组中Crowe分期Ⅳ期阳性率高于Ⅰ~Ⅲ期患者,Ⅲ期高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者(均P〈0.05)。结论髋关节发育不良软骨退行性变患者胶原蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶及转化生长因子均呈现高表达状态,因此认为对其检测有利于了解患者的疾病状态。 Objective To analyze and study the change situation of cartilage tissue collagen,matrix metalloproteinase and transforming growth factor of patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip and cartilage degeneration.Methods 26 patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip and cartilage degeneration in hospital from February 2010 to November 2012 were selected as observation group,and 26 patients with traffic accident injury at the same time were selected as control group,then the positive rate of collagen,matrix metalloproteinase and transforming growth factor of two groups were analyzed and compared,and the positive rate of observation group with different Crowe stages were compared.Results The positive rates of collagen,matrix metalloproteinase and transforming growth factor of observa tion group were all higher than those of control group,and the positive rates of observation group with Ⅳ type of Crowe stages were all higher than those of Ⅰ to Ⅲ stage,those with Ⅲ stage were all higher than those with Ⅰ to Ⅱ stage(all P < 0.05),there were all significant differences.Conclusion The collagen,matrix metalloproteinase and transforming growth factor of patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip and cartilage degeneration shows a state of high expression.
