摘要
目的研究一种简便、快速、准确的脑脊液(CSF)常规检测方法。方法对128份CSF标本进行UF-100及显微镜检测,结果与生化所得结果相比较。结果利用UF-100和显微镜检分别测得的结果,经t检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),呈现很好的相关性(红细胞r=0.989),(白细胞r=0.980)。对细菌的计数与白细胞计数(r=0.397)和CSF总蛋白(r=0.333)呈现正相关(P<0.05),与CSF糖的浓度呈现负相关(r=-0.327,P<0.05)。在某些病例中,发现UF-100对淋巴细胞分类不准确引起白细胞计数低于预测值;血性标本和通过脑室引流得到的标本,红细胞及细胞碎片产生干扰,细菌计数不准确。另外,检测无色透明CSF标本,UF-100提示"bacterial"的背景信号,可以认为是无菌CSF。结论 UF-100为CSF白细胞和红细胞分析提供了快速可靠的方法,对神经系统疾病的诊断有一定帮助。
Objective To develop a rapid,reliable and accurate assay for cerebrospinal fluid(CSF).Methods 128 CSF samples were detected by UF-100 and microscopy,with the results compared with the biochemical data obtained.Results The results obtained from UF-100 and microscope had no marked difference(P &gt; 0.05) throught detection and had a close correlation with erythrocytes(r = 0.989) and leukocytes(r = 0.980).The bacterium count was positively correlated with UF-100 leukocyte count(r = 0.397) and CSF total protein(r = 0.333)(P &lt; 0.05),but negatively with CSF glucose concentration(r =-0.327,P &lt; 0.05).In some cases,it was found the incorrect classification of lympho cytes by the UF-100 would lead to the lower leukocyte count than the predicted value.Interfered by the hemorrhagic samples,the samples collected by ventricular drainage,erythrocytes and cell debris,the bacterium count was incorrect.In addition,in detecting colorless and transparent CSF samples,the "bacterial" background signals suggested by UF100 were considered as sterile CSF.Conclusion UF-100 offers a rapid reliable assay for analyzing CSF leukocytes and erythrocytes,which may be of great significance in diagnosis of neurological disorders.
