数字图像处理技术在电气控制柜开关状态识别中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对电气控制柜开关状态识别的智能化发展趋势,通过对开关特征、定位技术和状态特征的探索,提出了基于数字图像处理技术的开关识别系统。系统对图像预处理采用阴影去除、颜色模型二值化,又进行开关定位、开关状态识别对比。由实验结果可知,系统能准确实现开关的定位、校正、分割和识别,具有良好的性能。 According to intelligent development trend of industrial switching state recognition, the paper proposes switch recognition system by researching switching characteristics, the exploration of positioning technology and state characteristics. The system processes image preprocessing by shadow removal, color model binarization. We also use switch positioning, switch state recognition comparison. By the experimental results, the system can achieve an accurate positioning of plates, correction, segmentation and identification, having a good performance.
