摘要 针对E企业注塑车间人工排产效率低下,无法支持企业订单评估的需要,以及该车间生产过程中频繁换模和订单生产不一致的问题,在对该车间的生产流程具体分析的基础上,对物料需求计划计算的生产计划,进行归模和同种产品的物料生产计划的优先处理,得到了合理有效的的生产排产计划。根据企业实施的实际数据表明,该算法能有效解决上述问题。 In view of E company's injection workshop inefficient manual scheduling, and during the production machines need to change molds frequently, and the materials of the same order usually unable to be produced in time, base on the analysis of production processing the work shop, this paper propose classify the materials based on mold and materials of the same order have priority during production scheduling, and give an effective production scheduling plan. The company's implement data shows the algorithm can solve the problem.
