摘要 中国经济的高速增长给飞机运输市场的发展创造了巨大空间,而航空维修业的发展依赖于航空运输市场。航空器部件修理作为民航维修业的重要组成部分,其发展前景也十分看好,但随着国外部件修理企业的进入和国内一些中小型企业的纷纷崛起,送修客户也有了更多的选择。为了在市场中保持快速、健康的发展,只有持续不断的提高航空部件维修质量,因此,应用6-SIGMA管理方法,以返修率较高的部件为例,基于DMAIC模型对影响部件维修质量的主要因素加以分析并改进,将显著提高部件的维修质量及企业的效益。 Chinese rapid economic growth has created a huge space for the development of aircraft transport market, and the development of the aviation maintenance relies on aircraft transport market. Aircraft component maintenance is an important part of civilaviation maintenance industry, its prospects of development are also very good, however, with the component maintenance overseas companies entering and small & medium domestic enterprises growing up, customers have more choices. In order to keep the fast and healthful development in the market, only component maintenance quality must be improved continuously, so, in the text, the management method of 6-SIGMA is applied to repair, to take high return rate of component for an example, the main factors impairing maintenance quality of component are analyzed and improved based on the DMAIC model, it will significantly improve the maintenance quality and benefits.
