摘要 为了达到中国大气污染防治法对车用柴油机排放的要求,结合中国目前的柴油机发展状况,开发了可变预行程泵的电控系统。本文进行了可变预行程泵的电控系统的总体设计和电子控制单元(ECU)软件的开发,针对CA6110柴油机对电控可变预行程泵进行了匹配和标定试验,试验结果表明了可变预行程泵电控系统的良好的综合性能,它的应用为直喷式柴油机性能的改进提供了很大的潜力。 In order to meet the demands of China Air Act on automotive diesel engine exhaust emissions, an electronic control system for variable pre-stroke fuel injection pump (VPSFIP) of automotive direct injection diesel engine was developed in accordance with the technical level of China diesel industry. Layout of electronic control system for VPSFIP, developments of software for electronic control unit (ECU) are presented. Match and calibration tests were done for CA 6110 diesel engine. Test results showed a good overall performance of the variable pre-stroke pump electronic control system. Its application provides the potentiality for improving performances of D. I. diesel.
