摘要
目的观察一种竹盐洗手液抗菌性能和毒性。方法采用定量抑菌试验和动物试验方法,对该竹盐洗手液进行了抑菌效果和毒性试验观察。结果用该竹盐洗手液原液浓度的体积分数50%稀释液作用2 min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率100%;对白色念珠菌的抑菌率均>90%;该竹盐洗手液随作用时间延长,抑菌率增加不明显。该竹盐洗手液小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5 000 mg/kg(体重)。该洗手液原液对家兔皮肤刺激指数为5.0,其原液的体积分数25%浓度的溶液对豚鼠皮肤致敏率为6.3%。结论该竹盐洗手液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有良好的体外抗菌作用,属无毒级物质,对实验动物皮肤有中度刺激性和极轻微致敏作用。
Objective To observe the antimicrobial property and toxicity of a bamboo salt hand-washing liquid.Methods Quantitative bacteriostasis test and animal test were used to observe the antimicrobial property and toxicity of a bamboo salt hand-washing liquid.Results The bacteriostatic rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to 50% hand-washing liquid 2min were 100%.The bacteriostatic rates of Candida albicans exposed was above 90%.The bacteriostatic rates did not increase clearly by prolong the contact time.The LD50 of mouse acute toxicity test was ＆gt; 5 000 mg / kg.bw.The rabbit skin irritation index was 5.0.The sensitization rate of 25% of the liquid was 6.3%.Conclusion This bamboo salt hand-washing liquid has good antibacterial effect to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.And It belongs to non-toxicity material,which has midrange irritation and light sensitization.
