骨科手术部位切口感染目标性监测

OBJECTIVE MONITORING OF ORTHOPEDIC SURGICAL INCISION INFECTION

目的了解骨科手术切口感染情况,建立切口感染预防措施。方法通过回顾性调查方式了解2009-2010年某医院骨科手术切口感染发生情况;采取目标性监测方法,对某医院2011年度骨科手术病人切口感染进行了调查。结果该医院2009年进行骨科手术1 645例,发生切口感染42例,感染率为2.6%;2010年进行骨科手术1 628例,发生切口感染30例,感染率为1.8%。2011年开展骨科手术1 596例,发生切口感染15例,感染率为0.9%。结论通过目标性监测,实施全过程管理,使骨科手术切口感染率明显下降。

Objective To know the orthopedic surgical incision infection,and to establish prevention measures of incision infection.Methods Retrospective investigation was conduct to survey orthopedic surgical incision infection condition of year 2009-2010 of hospital.Objective monitoring method was used to investigate the incision infection rate of the orthopedic surgery patients.Results 1 645 cases of orthopedic surgery were conducted in this hospital in year 2009.42 cases had incision infection,the infection rate was 2.6%.1 628 cases of orthopedic surgery were conducted in year 2010,30 cases had incision infection,the infection rate was 1.8%.1 596 cases of orthopedic surgery were conducted in year 2011,15 cases had incision infection,the infection rate was 0.9%.Conclusion By objective monitoring and the whole process of management,orthopedic surgical incision infection rate decreased significantly.
