某部16所医院消毒质量监测

SURVEILLANCE ON DISINFECTION QUALITY OF 16 MILITARY HOSPITALS

目的了解部队医院消毒工作现状,为改进和提高消毒工作质量提供依据。方法采用现场调查和抽样检测方法,对16所部队医院消毒质量状况进行调查。结果灭菌设备生物监测合格率均为100%,普通手术室和层流洁净ICU室内空气质量合格率分别为84%和80%。穿刺部位擦拭消毒效果合格率为100%,喷雾消毒效果合格率为80%。消化内镜消毒效果合格率为75%。结论所调查的16所部队医院消毒质量整体较好,应纠正喷雾法消毒穿刺部位等不正确的消毒方法,提高消毒质量。

Objective To know the present situation and problems of sterilization and disinfection quality in the military hospitals and to provide the basis for improving the disinfection quality.Methods Field investigation and sampling detection methods were used to investigate the disinfection quality of 16 military hospitals.Results The qualified rates of sterilization and disinfection of biological indication signs in sterilization equipments were 100%.The qualified rates of disinfection of the indoor air in ordinary operating room and laminar flow clean ICU were 84% and 80% respectively.The qualified rates of disinfection of the puncture sites that disinfected by rubbing method and by spray method were 100% and 80% respectively.The qualified rate of disinfection of the digestive endoscopies was 75%.Conclusion Surveillance data show that the disinfection qualities are well controlled in 16 military hospitals investigated.However,the spray disinfection methods on the puncture site should be corrected in the future to improve the disinfection quality.
