摘要 一种新型轮胎定型硫化机的中心机构,下环由升降水缸直接驱动,取消了传统的脱模(推胎)机构;缸盖与活塞杆之间加两对组合密封垫,防止内压热水泄漏到动力水中,避免动力水温度过高导致其他工作部件密封件受损,环保节能。 This paper introduces a center mechanism of a new type of tire curing press,the lower ring is driven directly by lifting cylinder,the traditional mold release(push tire) mechanism is canceled;two pairs of combine seals are added between the cylinder head and the piston rod,to prevent internal pressure hot water from leaking to the power water,to avoid high temperature of the power water damaging other working part seals,and it has eco-friendly and energy-saving features.
