摘要
目的检测重组鼠源GM-CSF基因的单纯疱疹病毒(HSV^(GM-CSF))对于鼠胰腺癌PANC-2细胞的杀伤能力。方法体外培养鼠源胰腺癌PANC-2细胞,采用MTT检测不同浓度整合鼠源HSV^(GM-CSF)对PANC-2细胞的抑制情况。结果 MTT观察到不同浓度整合鼠源HSV^(GM-CSF)能够明显抑制PANC-2细胞生长,并且存在明显的量效反应关系。结论重组鼠源HSV^(GM-CSF)对PANC-2细胞生长有抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of HSV^GM-CSF on the proliferation of mouse pancreatic canc-er cells and explore the possible mechanism. Method MTT assay was used to determine the cell growth of mouse pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-2 in vitro treated with the drug. Result HSV^GM-CSF treatment significantly sup-pressed the proliferation of panc-2 cells in a concentration-dependent manner compared with the control group. Con-clusion HSV^GM-CSF can suppress the proliferation of pancreatic carcinoma cell in vitro.
