2010年成都市医院呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测分析

Target monitoring analysis on ventilator-associated pheumonia in Chengdu from 2010 to 2011

目的分析我市2010年二级及以上医疗机构呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测情况,为我市制定感染防控措施提供科学依据。方法对设有ICU病房的二级及以上医疗机构开展呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测,数据统一录入,利用采样excel进行统计分析。结果全市11家医院开展了ICU病房呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测,呼吸机相关肺炎感染率为23.73‰,感染病原体以革兰氏阴性菌为主,依次是鲍曼溶血不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌株和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌。主要病原菌对抗菌药物表现为多重耐药。结论我市各医疗机构要进一步加强目标性监测工作,增强实验室检验能力,提高感染病原体送检率和药敏试验送检率,指导临床合理用药。

Objective To analyze the monitoring status of ventilator-associated pheumonia of level 2 or above medical institutions in Chengdu from 2010 to 2011,so as to further provide scientific basis for formulating infective control measures.Method Do target monitoring analysis on ventilator-associated pheumonia of level 2 or above medical institutions which had ICU ward,and the data were recorded by excel.Results Eleven medical institutions carried out target monitoring on ventilator-associated pheumonia,and the infection rate of ventilator-associated pheumonia was 23.73‰.The mainly infection pathogens was gram-negative as,and the follows were acinetobacter baumannii,pseudomonas aeroginosa and stenotrophomonas maltophilia,which were resistant to multiple antibiotics.Conclusions The work of target monitoring work and laboratory test in medical institutions need to be strengthened.At the same time,the examination of infection pathogens and drug sensitivity test for proper clinical treatment should be also enhanced.
