摘要
高新技术产业的发展对于国家和地区经济的发展有着举足轻重的作用,但如何科学有效地评价高新技术产业集群的竞争力一直是学术界、产业界以及各级政府所关注的焦点。参考国内外有关产业集群竞争力的大量文献,根据高新技术产业集群的内涵和特点,构建了高新技术产业集群竞争力的初步评价模型。利用专家分析法采集数据,对评价指标进行赋值,通过因子分析法对评价指标进行定量分析,构建高新技术产业集群综合评价模型,为高新技术产业提升集群竞争力提供科学的决策依据。
The development of high -tech industries has a very important role for national and regional economic development, but how to scientifi- cally and effectively appraise high -tech industry cluster competitiveness has been a focus problem of academia, industry and governments at various levels. Reference to many papers of domestic and foreign industrial clusters'competitiveness and according to high - teeh industry duster connotation and characteristic, this paper construct preliminary appraisal model of high - teeh industry cluster competitiveness. Appraisal index is assigned with collection data on expert analysis method. Comprehensive appraisal model of high - tech industry clusters was constructed though quantitative analysis for appraisal index with factor analysis approach, and it can provide scientific decision -making basis for promoting industrial clusters'competi- tiveness of high - teeh industries.
