摘要
汽车用拼焊板是在零件冲压之前将不同厚度、强度和表面状态的钢板焊接成的一个整体。拼焊板的焊接工艺和成形性能至关重要。钢板拼焊是一种新工艺。针对目前普遍采用的3种拼焊工艺:激光焊(LB)、滚压缝焊(MS)和电子束焊(EB)对拼焊板的成形性能、疲劳性能和耐蚀性能等进行对比试验和研究,并结合模拟试验和有限元分析给出了试验结果。
Automotive welded blanks refer to joining sheet metals of different thickness, strength and surface status in a one- piece before stamping process. Welding process and formability of welded blanks are important. This technology is new. The effects of current three blank welding technologies in common use, i. e., laser welding, mash seam welding and electron beam welding on the formability, fatigue property. corrosion property of welded blanks are tested and studied comparatively. Experimental results of simulation tests and finite element analyses are given as well.
