摘要
利用Ｘ－射线光电子能谱（ＸＰＳ）分析了锌铬膜的成分，膜中的锌呈＋２价和零价，铬呈＋３价和＋６价，但以＋３价形式为主。利用差热实验研究了锌铬膜的成膜过程。提出了锌铬膜的耐腐蚀机理。
Chemical composition of Zinc - chrome film was analyzed by XPS. It is shown that the valence of Zinc is + 2 and 0, chrome is + 3 and + 6, but mainly + 3. Difference thermal test is adopted to, research film. formation, and corrosion resistance mechanism is brought forward.
