摘要
目的比较参麦注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期贲门癌的效果。方法将91例晚期贲门癌随机分为两组:治疗组46例,用参麦注射液静滴,配合FOLFOX-6方案化疗,对照组45例,单纯用FOLFOX-6方案化疗,评价疗效、毒副反应等情况。结果二组近期疗效无明显差异,但治疗组毒副反应有所减轻,其生活质量提高及中医症候改善明显,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液可减轻晚期贲门癌患者化疗所致毒副作用,改善生活质量。
Objective To compare the effect of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer treatment effect. Methods 91 cases of advanced cardia cancer were randomLy divided into two groups： the treatment group with Shenmai injection for intravenous drip, combined with FOLFOX-6 chemotherapy, the control group only with chemotherapy of FOLFOX-6 regimen, efficacy, toxicity. Results The treatment group reduced its toxicity, improve the quality of life and the Chinese medicine symptom improvement is obvious. Conclusion Shenmai injection can relieve advanced cardia cancer chemotherapy induced toxicity.
