复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的研究

Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Narrow Band Ultraviolet B in Treatment of Pityriasis Rosea Curative Effect

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法选取玫瑰糠疹的患者58例,随机分成研究者与对照组,各有29例,研究者采用复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对照组单纯采用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察效果。结果研究者总有效率为93.1%;对照组总有效率为75.9%,P<0.05。不良反应发生率进行对比并无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin the treatment of the pityriasis rosea clinical efficacy glycosides joint narrow-band ultraviolet. Methods Select pityriasis rosea 58 patients were randomLy divided into researchers with the control group, each of the 29 cases, the researchers used the compound glycyrrhizin combined narrow-band ultraviolet treatment, the control group were treated with narrow-band ultraviolet treatment, observe the effect. Results The researchers total effective rate of 93.1%; the control group, the total effective rate of 75.9%,P〈0.05. The comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference （P〉0.05）, not statistically significant. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band ultraviolet treatment ofpityriasis rosea significant clinical effect.
