摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤采用子宫肌瘤切除术与子宫动脉栓塞治疗的临床效果对比。方法本次研究选择的对象共90例,随机按观察组50例及对照组40例划分,对照组采用子宫肌瘤切除术治疗,观察组采用子宫动脉栓塞治疗,回顾相关临床资料。结果观察组50例患者中,显效40例;有效8例;无效2例;总有效率为96%。对照组40例中,显效21例;有效13例;无效6例;总有效率为85%。观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子子宫动脉栓塞术使临床有效率显著提高,显著改善了患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of uterine fibroids, myomectomy and uterine artery embolization contrast. Method The object of study selected a total of 90 cases, were randomLy divided into observation group （50 cases） and control group 40 cases, the control group, uterine artery embolization, myomectomy treatment, observation group with a review of relevant clinical information. Results 50 patients of the observation group, 40 cases; effective in 8 cases; ineffective in 2 cases; overall response rate was 96%, The control group, 40 cases were cured, 2l cases; effective 13 cases; 6 cases; overall response rate was 85%. Clinical total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical sub uterine artery embolization the efficiency significantly improve, significantly improved the quality of life of patients.
