胰岛素治疗老年男性2型糖尿病患者的骨密度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察老年男性2型糖尿病患者长期使用胰岛素治疗的骨密度变化。方法分别收集我院188例60~70岁男性2型糖尿病患者,分成胰岛素治疗组及口服降糖药物组,行腰椎及股骨颈的骨密度测定(BMD),并进行统计学处理。结果胰岛素治疗组骨质疏松的患病率14%,口服降糖药组骨质疏松患病率31.1%,差异具有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论胰岛素治疗组较对照组骨质疏松患病率明显下降。 Objective To investigate the change in bone mineral densinty in people with type 2 diabetes need insulin replacement. Methods BMD of the proximal femur and anteropsterior spine was determined in 188 men of 60-70 year old with tape 2 diabetes ,divided to two groups(replacement insulin and medication). Results The incident of osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes need insulin and medication replacement was respectively 14% and 31.1%. Conclusion The incident of osteoporosis in the people with type 2 diabetes need insulin replacement was descent, comparing with received medications subjects.
